Description: |
Tall terrestrial (up to 150cm). Pseudobulbs are well-developed and at least partly above ground. Leaves large, lanceolate and ribbed, present but not fully developed at flowering time. Inflorescence many-flowered. Flowers mostly facing down; sepals yellow-green with purple spots on the outside, mostly purple inside; petals bright yellow outside, creamy yellow inside. The lip is yellow with purple side-lobes and a purple-red spur. |
