Description:
Dwarf, mostly terrestrial orchid with creeping rhizomes or fusiform tuberous roots, broad plicate (pleated) leaves and terminal inflorescences, flowering with the leaves. The flowers are small and the lip (the unpaired petal) is without a spur.
