An erect, slender perennial herb, 35-79 cm tall from a woody rootstock. Stems annual, 1-3, whitish arachnose. Leaves discolorous, subsessile, less than 20 mm wide, not sheathing at the base, margins strongly revolute. Capitula with all phyllaries (outer bracts) appressed and ascending. |
