Erect or ascending annual herb, 10-60 cm tall. Leaves opposite, appearing falsely whorled, linear lanceolate, minutely scabrid above, hairless beneath. Flowers in dense, compact clusters at the nodes. Corolla white or pink. Capsule 1.5 mm long, ellipsoid, hairless or sparsely pubescent. |
