Description: |
Straggling to weakly erect perennial herb, 0.6-2.5 m tall. Stems 4-angled, hairy. Leaves ovate to ovate-lanceolate, 3-8 cm long, pubescent above, densely white hairy beneath; margin serrate-crenate; petiole 2-20 mm long. Inflorescence a very lax terminal panicle, composed of many 10-24-flowered branched heads. Flowers small, white with purple spots at the base of the lobes. |
