Description:	Small shrub, up to c. 1 m high, branching from the base. branchlets variably covered with short and longer, glandular and non-glandular hairs. leaves 3-whorled, 1.5-5 mm long, straight or recurved, hairs variable as on the branchlets, margin rolled under. Flowers in clusters of 3-15, often at tips of dwarf branchlets on the upper parts of the stems. Pedicels up to 1.5 mm long. Corolla up to 3 mm long and 1.5 mm wide, often tubular below, pink, lavender or purple. Style exserted, up to 3 mm long.
