Robust shrubby perennial herb, up to 3 m, somewhat woody and reclining at the base. Leaves broadly lanceolate with long hairs. Flowers yellow. Sepals and petals mostly 5, rarely 4,6 or 7. Stamens twice as many as sepals. Capsule dull brown finely pitted, hairy. |
