Description: |
Small evergreen tree. Leaves oblong or elliptic, thick and leathery, exuding a yellow sticky latex when broken. Lateral veins conspicuously etched on both surfaces. Flowers solitary or in small clusters, axillary, greenish-yellow, short-lived. Fruits fleshy, spherical, yellow when ripe, edible. |
