Description: |
Erect annual herb, up to 2 m but usually less. Stems with a line of stellate hairs. Leaves oblong-lanceolate to ovate, often 5-veined from the base; margin serrate. Flowers in dense axillary and terminal clusters, white with a yellow base. Capsule 5 mm in diameter, subspherical, 5-valved, surrounded by the persistent calyx. |
