Description: |
Fairly robust perennial 20-100 cm tall, stems crowded. Leaves 10-15 cm long; leaf sheaths brownish, the throat with long hairs. Inflorescence a dense crowded head of many spikelets. Spikelets acute. Mature nutlets minutely papillose. |
